The CBM awards programme is owned and operated by Capital Business Media Ltd (company number 05306700, registered office 7 Bell Yard, London WC2A 2JR). Each individual awards programme is a sub-brand of CBM:

To enter a CBM awards programme you must be:

You may enter multiple categories where you meet the criteria for each. There is no limit on the number of entries an organisation may submit, but each entry is evaluated independently.

3. How to enter

Entries are submitted via the official entry form on the relevant awards website. Each entry must include:

Entries that are incomplete, miss the deadline, or breach these terms may be disqualified at the organiser’s discretion.

4. Judging

Each awards programme is judged by an independent panel of industry experts named on the relevant awards website. Judges work to a published rubric for each category and are required to declare and recuse themselves from any category where they have a material relationship to an entrant (see our Conflicts of Interest Policy).

The judges’ decision is final. No correspondence is entered into on individual category outcomes.

Where a category receives fewer entries than the organiser deems sufficient to run a credible shortlist, the category may be withdrawn or merged with another and entry fees in that category refunded.

5. Confidentiality of entries

The information in your entry is treated as confidential and used solely to judge the programme. Judges are bound by confidentiality undertakings. We do not share entry contents with sponsors, advertisers or partners. The only information published is:

6. Use of name, logo and content

By entering you grant CBM a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use your organisation’s name, trade marks and logo, together with any photographs you supply, for the purpose of promoting the awards programme. Shortlisted and winning entrants may use the corresponding “Shortlisted” and “Winner” logos in their own marketing in accordance with the brand-usage guidelines we will supply.

7. Data protection

Personal data submitted in an entry is processed under our Privacy Policy. Entries are retained for the relevant awards cycle plus three years for archive and dispute resolution.

8. Changes & cancellation

CBM reserves the right to amend these terms, the published categories or the published timetable at any time before the entry deadline. Where a programme is materially changed or cancelled after entries open, entry fees paid will be refunded in full.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CBM’s liability under these terms is limited to refund of the relevant entry fee. CBM is not liable for any indirect, consequential or business losses arising from entry, judging or the award outcome.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under them.
